If so, then this is a chance to offer members of your brigade the opportunity to show us their culinary ability and receive a Diploma they will be really proud of and that recognises the skills they have learnt working with you! Chefs who have trained in/worked for no more than five (5) years in the hospitality industry or are aged 23 years and under can apply for these prestigious awards. The Master Chefs of Great Britain Training Diploma Qualifying criteria:

The Master Chefs of Great Britain Advanced Training Diploma 1. You must have worked for one or more Master Chefs of Great Britain for a minimum of two (2) years. 2. You must have completed your NVQ 3 qualification. 3. You must provide a portfolio of recipes and photographs of dishes you have prepared to the MCGB Assessment Panel who will assess your work and return the folder to you. The rewards:
Candidates applying for the Advanced Training Diploma will be eligible to be considered for the Apprentice of the Year title which carries with it a great overseas training opportunity which is organized on a yearly basis. This award is presented at The Master Chefs of Great Britain Annual Luncheon. About The Master Chefs of Great Britain Assessment Panel The Assessment Panel will consist of four members of the association and one independent assessor who will sit in April and October of each year to consider applications for these two prestigious awards.
